If you are looking for a loving, fun, interesting, caring group of adults to study and share the teachings of the Bible with, you will find
it in the Stone Soup Sunday School Class. The class uses a discussion format with thoughts led by a team of four class members.
The name of the class comes from an ancient legend in which a starving village is fed by a soup that starts with a stone in a pot of water and ends with a delicious meal when each member of the group brings a little to add to the pot. The moral of the story is that by working together and everyone doing what they can, no matter how small, great things are achieved. Our members are firm believers in this concept. You will find Stone Soup members working everywhere in the church and the community where there is a need.
We are currently meeting on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m. in Davis Hall.
